摘要 根据对铁法盆地煤层气储藏特点的分析,通过优化分析现有的压裂工艺及单层水力压裂施工工艺参数,进行大兴矿煤层气储层的改造设计,包括泵注方式的选择、施工参数和加砂程序,并通过动态滤失及伤害试验对比分析给出合适的活性水压裂液的配方:清水+2%氯化钾+0.2%DL-10表面活性剂.结合储层改造现场应用效果,现场施工结果表明:适当的储层改造可以有效的保护煤储层,并可以充分激励煤储层,提高煤层气产量. According to the analysis of coal-bed methane characteristics of Tiefa Basin,this paper analyzes the fracturing of the existing technology and single hydraulic fracturing optimization of construction parameters,gives full consideration of the design of reservoir reconstruction,including selection of pumping mode,construction parameters and abrasive process,and working through comparing analysis of the dynamic fluid loss and injury trials,and gives the conscious recipe of active water fracturing fluid: water + 2% KCl + 0.2% DL-10 surfactant.Combined with reservoir reconstruction field application effect,the on-site construction results show that conscious reservoir reconstruction can effectively protect the coal-bed and sufficient excitation of coal-bed,and improve the production of CBM.
