强化抑制技术在铜铅混合矿物分离中的应用

摘要 某铅锌矿石中伴生着少量的铜矿物,由于矿石性质比较复杂,矿石中的铜矿物没有得到回收.通过强化抑制作用,实现了铜铅矿物有效分离,获得铅精矿中铅品位61.18%,铅回收率89.55%;铜精矿中铜品位31.78%,铜回收率76.71%的优异浮选指标,达到了资源的综合利用. Lead -zinc ore from a mineral corporation has some accompanying copper mineral. Due to the complexity of mineral characteristics, the copper resources from the minerals are too hard to recover. This has led to resources waste while the existing copper in lead - zinc ore has negative impact on the index of lead concentrate and zinc concentrate. By strengthen inhibition in separation of copper and lead, it achieves the better results: the lead concentrate contains 61. 18% Pb, lead recove recovery is 76.71%. Therefore it casts light on ry hi is 89. 55% ; the copper concentrate contains 31.78% Cu, copper gher comprehensive recovering efficiency, and contributes to social and economic benefits through the technical view during mineral resources exploration.
