335MW机组取消脱硫旁路后的运行可靠性改造分析

摘要 为了响应国家号召,邹县发电厂1号335MW机组拆除了脱硫旁路,其运行的可靠性也随之受到较大影响。为此,电厂开展了增设增压风机旁路、增压风机跳闸触发机组RB逻辑、脱硫吸收塔入口增加事故喷淋装和脱硫系统电源改进等工作,显著提高了机组运行的可靠性,并成功推广应用至该厂同类的3号和4号机组。 Responding to the call of our country, the flue gas desulfurization(FGD) bypass of unit 1 in Zouxian Power Plant was removed, then its reliability was influenced. Therefore, unit' s reliability was improved through doing some work , such as the booster fan bypass, booster fan RB logic and the accident spray of absorption tower entrance was added, and the power supply of desulfurization system was improved. It was successfully applied to the No.3 and No.4 unit of Zouxian Power Plant.
