目前电站电厂等对煤灰处理方法其中之一是采用了加湿搅拌机的形式。加湿搅拌机是对煤灰进行加水搅拌再通过车辆或船舶运输出去,这样可以有效的避免扬尘,保护环境,成本相对较低。目前在使用的加湿搅拌机的样式有三种,本文通过综合比较,提出最适合的加湿搅拌机的形式,供输灰系统的改造和设计参考。

One of the ways of ash conveying in coal-fired power plants is the use of humidifying mixer, in which the ash is humidified , mixed and then conveyed by vehicles or ships. These mixers keep the environment clearer when they are running because they rarely make the ash rising. The cost of this ash conveying is lower. There are three types of humidifying mixer used now, By comparing the features with each other, I hope I could present the suitable types of the mixer for the de- sign or modification of the ash conveying system in coal-fired power plants.
