数据机房用热管背板系统主动防凝露研究

摘要 根据凝露发生和预防机理提出了适用于数据机房用热管背板系统的节能型主动防凝露控制方案,相对被动式防凝露控制节能效果显著,控制简单有效,从根源上破坏了机房凝露产生的条件,提高了机房设备的运行可靠性。热管背板系统运行环保节能、无水进入、可靠易装,值得在数据机房服务器机柜上推广应用。 According to the condensation occurrence and prevention mechanism, a energy-saving and active pre- venting condensation control scheme is proposed, which is applicable to the heat pipe backplane of data room. Compared with?the passive condensation control, the energy saving effect is remarkable and Control is simple and effective. In addi- tion, destroy the condition of the machine room condensation and improve the reliability of equipment operation from the source. Heat pipe backplane system run in the way, which is environmental protection and energy saving, no water entering , also simple and reliable, it worth widely used in the server rack of the data room.
