互联网及各种信息网络作为信息传播的新媒体,拥有开放性、交互性和及时性等特点,一出现便受到了人们的广泛欢迎,特别是深受高校学生的喜爱,并成为他们学习和生活中的越来越重要的一部分。网络思想教育已成为当代高校开展思想政治教育的重要手段,如何在复杂的网络环境下充分利用网络技术开展行之有效的思想政治工作是进一步加强和改进部队思想政治教育的一项重要内容。本文分析了当前90后入伍新学员的特点,阐述了开展网络思想教育工作的必要性,并针对性地提出了加强和改进网络思想政治教育工作的思路和方法。

Internet and various information networks as new media of information dissemination have the characteristics of openness, interactivity and timeliness, widely welcomed by the people, especially loved by college students and increasingly becomes an important part of their study and life. The network of ideological education has become an important means of contemporary colleges and universities, how to take full advantage of network technology and carry out an effective ideological and political work in complex network environment is an important part of further strengthening and improving army ideological and political education. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the 90s, who are newly recruited, describes the necessity of carrying out the network of ideological education, specific ideas and methods to strengthen and improve ideological and political education work are proposed.
