摘要
以连锁零售企业实施基于RFID的物流信息系统为背景,提出了一套定量化、可操作的新技术投资经济性评估方法。在收益评估中,设计了一种Mamdani型二维模糊控制器来估算销售收益的增长;对于费用评估,基于跨组织流程创新成本理论,提出了综合考虑开发成本、转换成本、资本成本和执行成本的计算方法。以一个连锁零售企业为案例,提出了基于RFID系统的管理改善措施,并核算了该项投入的净现值和内部收益率,结果表明此项投入是有价值的。
An analytical model is proposed to assess the benefit and cost of radio frequency identification （RFID） applications in retail chain enterprises.As a part of the benefit we considered,the increasing of sales is accounted and estimated by a two-dimensional Mamdani-type fuzzy controller.Based on the process innovation cost theory in interorganizations,a cost evaluation model considers the development cost,switching cost,capital cost and implementation cost is described.In the case of a retail chain enterprise,several process improvements are proposed based on RFID and other IT technologies,and the Net Present Value （NPV） and Internal Rate of Return （IRR） is calculated,the results show that this investment of new technology is valuable.
