并行流水生产线协调排产模型及应用研究 被引量:2

Research on Coordination Scheduling Model and Application for Parallel Production Lines

摘要 针对混合流程制造企业并行流水生产线的订单排产问题,综合考虑订单特征、设备能力和成材系数等多约束条件,分别以最大化单位产量毛利润和最小化订单加工工序成本为上下两层的优化目标,构建了基于二层规划的并行流水生产线协调排产模型。通过建立基于特征属性映射的订单归并方法,对多品种、小批量订单实施排产前预处理,在此基础上,设计了基于遗传算法的协调排产模型求解方法。企业数据应用验证结果表明,并行流水线协调排产模型为企业快速响应市场需求和实现产销一体化运作提供了优化排产方法支持。 To solve the order planning problem of parallel production lines in hybrid process manufacturing enterprises,a bi-level programming model for coordinating production scheduling is presented,which considers synthetically order feature,equipment capability,rate of input/output and other multi-constraint factors.The model is built to maximize gross profit of unit output as upper level optimization objective,and minimum processing cost of the order as lower level optimization objective.A merged method of orders based on the feature mapping is proposed to preprocess the orders which have multiple varieties and small batches.A resolving method is developed based on GA,the model and algorithm is verified to be feasibility using the data of case enterprise.The coordinating production scheduling model of parallel production lines provides a scientific scheduling method to enterprises,to enhance quick response abilities and support the integration operation for production & marketing.
