摘要
将逆向供应链管理实施分为信息共享、激励机制、逆向供应链集成、绿色制造技术四个维度,构建了政策法规及行业竞争等外部环境、逆向供应链管理实施与组织绩效之间的关系的理论模型。以长三角、珠三角地区212家涉及再制造的企业为研究对象,利用结构方程模型对提出的假设模型进行检验,以供应链关系质量为调节变量进行了多群组分析。实证结果表明,外部环境对逆向供应链管理实施有显著正向影响,逆向供应链管理实施对组织绩效也有显著正向影响;外部环境对组织绩效的直接影响并不显著,但可通过逆向供应链管理实施对组织绩效产生显著的间接影响。多群组分析结果也证实了供应链关系质量对逆向供应链管理实施与组织绩效关系的调节作用。
This paper divides the implement of reverse supply chain management into four dimensions which contain sharing of information,incentive mechanism,integration of reverse supply chain and green manufacturing technology,and builds a theoretical model which describes the relations among reverse supply chain management,organizational performance and external environment which includes policies,regulations and industrial competition.This author analyzed 212 companies located in Yangts and Zhujiang Delta which involve the business of reproducing.This research used Structural Equation Model test the hypothetical model,conduct multi-group analysis which the quality of supply chain relations was set as the adjusted variable.The result shows that the external environment has significant positive effect on the implement of reverse supply chain management,the implement of reverse supply chain management has significant positive effect on organizational performance.The direct effect imposed by external environment on organizational performance is not significant,however,external environment has a significant indirect effect on organizational performance through the implement of reverse supply chain management.The result of multi-group analysis also shows that effect imposed by the quality of relations in supply chain varied significantly between different groups.
