摘要
构建了小批量生产模式下的工序质量相似性分析方法,证明工序质量相似的零件可以合并形成大批量样本,并通过基于二级相似元特征值的零件族划分编码方案,以及适用该划分方案的公差系数数据转换方法,使得SPC在多品种小批量生产模式下的热表车间得以应用。
It is proved that the similarity process quality parts can merge to form large numbers of quantity samples.Then the SPC is applied under the mode of the multi-specification and small-batch manufacturing.By dividing a conversion method according to the parts clan of second class similarity characteristic value and apply the business trip coefficient of the demarcation's project data conversion method,the SPC can apply at multi-specification and small-batch production mode in the heat treatment and surface treatment factory.
