矿用水力旋流器的分级浓缩效应及调控研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高分级旋流器的底流浓度,实践中往往出现盲目提高入料压力的操作误区。通过工业性试验研究了操作压力对250mm水力旋流器的分级和浓缩效果的影响规律,发现旋流器的最佳分级效率与最佳浓缩效率处于不同的压力区间。因此,在实际操作中应合理控制旋流器入料压力,避免过度浓缩导致分级效果恶化。 To improve the underflow concentration of the classifying cyclone,the operators tend to increasing the feed pressure unreasonable. The relationship between feed-pressure and classifying / thickening was studied with the 250mm hydro-cyclones on industrial scale. It was shown that the optimal classification performance and enrichment performance are at different operating pressures. So in practice,both of the classification performance and enrichment performance should be taken into account to choose the rational feeding pressure to avoid deteriorating the classifying efficiency.
