太阳电池填充因子与并联电阻的指数关系 被引量:1

摘要 太阳电池的并联电阻对其填充因子有显著的影响。忽略串联电阻,从太阳电池的I-V特性方程出发,采用Matlab数值分析方法,得到填充因子与并联电阻之间服从指数关系。 Shunt resistance results in reduction in fill factor of solar cell.Exponential behavior of fill factor and shunt resistance of solar cell has been deduced in default of series resistance using numerical analysis of the Ⅰ-Ⅴ equation and Matlab.
