摘要
针对以往海上红外目标模拟器温度采集系统存在的测温精度低、温度采集点少和工作可靠性差等不足,采取了使用数字温度传感器以及增设温度采集点数量等改进措施。结合远距离温度监测的实际需求,提出了以DS18B20作为测量温度传感器,以AT89C52单片机作为核心控制单元,由数传电台组成无线串行接口电路的方法,实现了一种远程温度采集系统。实践证明系统具有测温精度高、性能稳定和投入成本低等优点,改进效果明显。
The low precision of temperature acquisition,lacking of heater units and poor reliability are known as problems of the temperature acquisition system for maritime infrared target simulator. For this reason,the methods of using digital temperature sensors and increasing the number of acquisition units are adopted. Considering the demand of remote temperature measurement,the method is proposed,in which DS18B20 is used as temperature acquisition sensor,AT89C52 SCM as core control unit and wireless serial port consists of data radio stations,to construct the new remote temperature acquisition system. Practices show that the system has many advantages,such as simple design,low investment,high digital and fine performance,which brings evident effects.
