摘要 为了实现纯电动汽车机械式自动变速器(AMT)能够准确、快速地换挡,文章以加速时间最优为目标,制定了最佳动力性换挡规律,采用驱动电机工作效率最优为目标制定了经济性换挡规律;基于模糊控制理论制定了模糊逻辑规则判断驾驶员意图,从而确定换挡规律的选择;并利用Matlab/Simulink建立驾驶员模型、车辆动力学模型、换挡模型(包含换挡曲线选择模块)、驱动电机模型及百公里电耗模型,在ECE循环工况下验证换挡规律及测定百公里电耗。结果表明,文中所建立的的换挡规律能够充分保证纯电动汽车的动力性及经济性。 In order to achieve a quick, smooth and precise gear shifting of automated mechanical trans-mission(AMT) used on pure electric vehicle, two Shift curves are made: the dynamic shift curve aims at the minimum acceleration time, the economic shift curve aims at the highest efficiency of motor. In order to judge the driver's intention, the fuzzy logic rule based on the theory of fuzzy control is built. With the fuzzy control the automatic transmission can make sure which shift curve it will choose. In this process, the Matlab/Simulink is used to make a series of models including driver model, vehicle dynamic model, shift model which includes shift curve selection module, motor driving model and power consumption per hundred kilometers model, and the shift schedule and power consumption per hundred kilometers are tested under the ECE driving cycle. The result shows that the optimized shift schedule can fully ensure the practicability and economy of the pure electric vehicle.
