中国建筑业企业资质管理现阶段之困境研究

The Study on Dilemma in Qualification Management of China's Construction Enterprises at the Present Stage

文章在介绍了中国建筑业市场准入现状的基础上,首先提出了现行企业以资质管理为主的市场准入模式已经不适应市场经济发展,应予取消的观点及理由;其次指出了目前时机尚未成熟,短时间内还无法取消企业资质管理,最后给出了现阶段政府完善企业资质管理的相关建议。

Based on the introduction of current situation of market access in China＇s construction imtustry, the paper puts forward the followings： firstly, the market access policy in operation based on enterprises qualification management has al- ready not accorded with the intrinsic requirement of the development of market economy： secondly, the market access policy in operation based on enterprises qualification management should be abolished in the future but not right now; thirdly, the market access policy in operation based on enterprises qualification management should be perfected in the future; finally, advices on how to improve the policy are given.
