民主党派自身建设的若干突出问题及对策

Some Prominent Problems and Countermeasures of the Self-construction of the Democratic Parties

我国民主党派的自身建设中,目前存在选举方式落后于形势、党派内的干部缺乏锻炼平台、干部管理乏力等三大问题。只有解决这三大问题才能增强民主党派的活力,充分发挥他们参政议政的积极性。

In the self-construction of the democratic Parties in China, there existed three prominent problems. The mode of e- lection is lagging behind of the current situation, the Party cadres are short of the exercise platform and the cadre management is weak. Only by solving these problems, the vitality of the democratic Parties can be strengthened and their enthusiasm ot： par-ticipate in the administration and discussion of state affairs can be full played.
