摘要 辣木属植物辣木,易于生长且具有极高的营养价值。近年研究发现辣木在抗氧化保肝、降血糖、降血脂、抗真菌方面均有较强的活性,本文就辣木近几年在这些方面的研究进展做一个总结。 Moringa oleifera Lain. , which is easy to gro~; and rich in nutrients. Recent researches show that Morin- ga oleifera Lain. have strong activity in antioxidant, hepatoprotective, hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering, anti-fungal. This paper made a summary of research progress of Moringa oleifera in these areas.
