摘要
目的建立测定通管促孕合剂中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法采用C18柱(4.6mm×100mm,2.6μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(12∶88);检测波长230nm;流速1.0mL·min-1。结果芍药苷在72.375ng^1447.500ng(r=0.9966)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.20±1.30(RSD1.34%)。结论该方法简单易行、准确可靠,可作为通管促孕合剂的质量控制方法 。
OBJECTIVE To establish the method for determination of paeoniflorin in Tongguan Cuyun Heji by HPLC. METHODS C18 column （4.6mm × 100mm,2. 6μm） was used with mobile phase of Acetonitrile -0. 1% H3PO4 （ 12： 88）. The detection wavelength was 230nm, and the flow rate was 1.0mL . min^-1. RESULTS The linear relationship of paeoniflorin was in the range of 72. 375ng ± 1447. 500ng（ r = 0. 9966）. The average recover was 97.20 ±1.30 （RSD 1.34% ）. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate ,reliable, and can be used for quality control of Tongguan Cuyun Heji.
