摘要
以某款SUV车用油箱为研究对象,采用流-固耦合有限元和边界元分析方法,在Virtual.Lab仿真平台上分别对油箱的干模态、湿模态以及装满燃油时的流-固耦合模态进行仿真计算,得到3种情况下的油箱模态频率变化规律,并给油箱施加一定频率范围的激励力,研究其对外辐射噪声水平。结果表明,油箱干模态和湿模态的频率相差不大,而装入燃油后油箱的耦合模态频率大幅降低,油箱对外辐射噪声的高频成分得到很大衰减,但低频噪声成分有所增加。
Taking the fuel tank of a certain model of SUV as the research object, this paper, using flu- id-solid coupling finite element and boundary element methods, simulated and calculated on Virtual. Lab simulation platform the dry mode, wet mode and fluid-solid coupled mode of the fuel tank when it is full of fuel. Having obtained three modal frequencies of the tank, it applied excitation forces within a range of frequency to the tank for the investigation of its outgoing radiant noise level. The results show that there is no obvious difference between the dry modal frequency and wet modal frequency of the tank, but when the tank is full of fuel, its coupled modal frequency decreases considerably and the high frequency component of outgoing noise radiated by the tank is greatly attenuated while the low frequency component of the noise increases due to the decrease of modal frequency,.
