摘要
以海孜煤矿为例,针对长期开采造成的大面积塌陷区,以及煤矸石利用率低,大量压占土地现象严重等问题,根据因地制宜的原则,对选定的四个项目区进行煤矸石充填复垦工程。工程结束后,将恢复建筑用地30.55hm2,耕地367.44hm2,同时消耗煤矸石3153t,既解决了土地利用紧张的问题,又有利用保护环境,防治环境污染,具有显著的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。
Because of long-term mining, Haizi coal mine has caused the problems of large coal mining subsidence areas. Besides, due to the low utilization of coal gangue, the phenomenon of the land occupied has serious. According to the principles of local conditions, a case study of reclamation from Haizi coal mine is used to the four selected areas. After reclamation, 30.55hmz building site, 367.44hm2 farmland will be recovered and 3153t coal gangue will be reduced. The intension of land utilization will be relieved. Meanwhile, it can play a role in controlling and preventing environmental pol lution. It will obtain economic, ecological and social benefits.
