解磷细菌对7种常见抗生素的抗性研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究PSB3(Burkholderia cepacia)、PSB4(Burkholderia sp.)、PSB13(Burkholderia sp.)、PSB15(Salmonella enterica subsp.)、PSB26(Klebsiella sp.)、PSB58(Uncultured Pseudomonas sp.)、PSB67(Burkholderia anthina)、PSB77(Burkholderia sp.)对常见抗生素的抗性敏感,以期为今后研究8株解磷细菌在土壤中的定植状态打好基础。利用平板生长法测定这8株解磷细菌对氨苄青霉素、四环素、链霉素、卡那霉素、利福平、头孢霉素、氯霉素的不同浓度的抗性反应。PSB3、PSB15菌株对氨苄青霉素、卡那霉素、四环素、氯霉素、利福平具有天然抗性,而对链霉素、头孢霉素不具有抗性;PSB4菌株对氨苄青霉素、链霉素、卡那霉素、四环素、氯霉素、利福平具有抗性,当头孢霉素浓度大于10μg/mL时,菌株生长;PSB13、PSB26和PSB67菌株对氨苄青霉素、链霉素、卡那霉素、四环素、氯霉素、利福平6种抗生素具有天然抗性,而对头孢霉素没抗性;PSB58菌株对氨苄青霉素、链霉素、四环素、利福平5种抗生素有抗性,而对卡那霉素、氯霉素、头孢霉素不具有抗性;PSB77菌株对氨苄青霉素、卡那霉素、四环素、氯霉素、利福平、头孢霉素6种抗生素有抗性,而对链霉素无抗性。PSB3、PSB15菌株可选择链霉素或头孢霉素进行抗性标记或双重标记;PSB4菌株可利用浓度大于10μg/mL的头孢霉素作为抗性标记,PSB13、PSB26和PSB67菌株可利用头孢霉素进行标记;PSB77菌株可用抗链霉素标记法。 In order to lay the foundation research of 8 solubilizing bacteria in soil colonization status in future,we tested the sensitivity and resistance of common antibiotics to bacteria of PSB3(Burkholderia cepacia),PSB4(Burkholderia sp.),PSB13(Burkholderia sp.),PSB15(Salmonella enterica subsp.),PSB26(Klebsiella sp.),PSB58(Uncultured Pseudomonas sp.),PSB67(Burkholderia anthina),PSB77(Burkholderia sp.). So 8solubilizing bacteria(plate growth method) was used for determination the resistance response of different concentration from ampicillin,tetracycline,streptomycin,kanamycin vancomycin,rifampicin,cefotaxime,andchloramphenicol. PSB3,PSB15 strains had a natural resistance to ampicillin,kanamycin,tetracycline,chloramphenicol,rifampicin,while not resistant to streptomycin,cephalosporins. The PSB4 strain had resistant to ampicillin,streptomycin,card kanamycin,tetracycline,chloramphenicol,rifampicin,when cephalosporin amphotericin concentration was more than 10 μg/mL,the PSB4 strain growth; PSB13,PSB26 and PSB67 strains had resistant to ampicillin,streptomycin,kanamycin,tetracycline,chloramphenicol and rifampicin,however,they didn't have resistance to cephalosporins; PSB58 strain had resistant to ampicillin,streptomycin,tetracycline,rifampin,but not resistance to kanamycin,chloramphenicol,cefotaxime; PSB77 strain had restant to ampicillin,kanamycin doxycycline,tetracycline,chloramphenicol,rifampin,cefotaxime,while not resistance to streptomycin. PSB3,PSB15 strains could select be resistance marked or double labelled by streptomycin or cephalosporins; PSB4 strain available as resistant marker when cephalosporins concentrations greater than 10 μg/mL; PSB13,PSB26 and PSB67 strains could mark with cephalosporium; and PSB77 strain was available as a resistance marker by streptomycin notation.
