莱钢S355NL海上平台用特厚钢板的开发试制 被引量:5

摘要 采用Nb、V、Ti复合微合金化,应用控轧+正火工艺,通过合理的化学成分设计、严格控制炼钢、轧钢等各工序的工艺操作,莱钢开发出117 mm和122 mm S355NL海上平台用特厚钢板,产品各项性能指标满足EN 10025-3:2004标准及用户要求,特别具有良好的低温冲击性能及厚度方向性能,目前已进行批量生产。 Adopting Nb, V and Ti micro-alloying, applying controlled rolling and normalizing processes, through the rational design of chemical composition and the process operations of strictly controlling the steel making and steel rolling and other processes, S355NL ultra-thick plates for offshore platform with the thicknesses of 117 mm and 122 mm were developed in Laiwu Steel. Each performance index of the product meets the needs of the Standard EN 10025-3:2004 and users. Especially, it has favorable low temperature impact properties and excellent performance in the thickness direction. Now Batch production is underway.
