摘要
济钢能源动力厂能源管理建立全面对标管理体系,制定降低吨钢能耗的目标分解计划,能效对标查找问题短板,细化管理和技术措施,建立动态监控激励机制。体系的建立和应用,实现了吨钢降成本14.96元,2012年实现增利2 390万元。
Formulating target decomposition scheme for decreasing the energy resource consumption for per ton steel, finding the problems with energy efficiency benchmarking, refining management and technical measures, establishing dynamic and monitoring mechanism, the comprehensive benchmarking management system for energy resource management was established in energy resource management plate of Jinan Steel. The management system can achieve to reduce cost of 14.96 Yuan for per ton steel and achieving increased profits was 23.9 millions Yuan in 2012.
