摘要
海洋环境保护对舰船防污染技术提出了新的更高要求。论文结合国际海事组织(IMO)MAPOL 73/78防污公约中关于船舶废弃物的防治理念,对舰船主要污染源———油污水、生活污水、固体垃圾、废气排放的防治技术进行了总结分析,探讨了我国海军舰船防污染技术发展的现状。
The new and higher requirement of ship pollution prevention technology is advanced because of ocean environment protec- tion. This article combine with the prevention thought of marine rejectamenta in MAPOL 73/78 conventions of IMO, summarize and analyze prevention technology of main pollution sources of navy ship oil wastewater, sewage, solid garbage, exhaust emission, discuss actuality of our navy ship pollution prevention technology.
