摘要 为了有效评价船舶产品研发企业的可靠性工程能力水平,针对船舶产品研发企业可靠性工程特点,首先以能力成熟度模型集成(CMMI)为理论基础,参考IEEE组织的可靠性能力标准和国内可靠性、维修性、保障性(简称RMS)工作标准,结合某船舶产品研发企业的可靠性、维修性、保障性工作现状建立了兼顾可靠性、维修性、保障性工作的RMS工程能力评价模型(RMSE-CEM),将RMSE-CEM分为三个主要层次:成熟度等级、过程域与过程实践,然后结合调查数据,使用结构方程模型(SEM)对模型的有效性进行了验证。 In order to evaluate the reliability engineering capability level of the enterprise researching marine product according to the characteristics of reliability engineering in such enterprise. We established RMS engineering capability evaluation model integrating the relia- bility, maintainability, and supportability in consideration of the reliability, maintainability, supportability work status of the enterprise re- searching marine products. Divided the RMSE--CEM into three important layers: Maturity level, Process domain and the Process of prac- tice, and used the structural equation model(SEM) to verify the validity of RMSE-CEM; all the beyond actions had used the capability matu- rity model integration(CMMI) as the theoretical basis; and used the reliability capability standards of IEEE and domestic reliability. Main- tainability, and supportability(RMS) engineering standards as the reference.
