摘要
运用因子分析方法找出了影响化学实验教学的4个主要因素,并给出了基础医学系教师医用化学实验教学综合评价的计算公式.该计算公式能对不同教师的教学质量进行比较分析,同时也为管理部门提供了教学管理的科学依据.
Four important factors that affect the chemical experiment teaching had been found, and gave the calcul- ation formula for comprehensive evaluation aiming at medical chemistry experiment teaching quality of teacher of basic medicine department by factor analysis method. This method can carry on comparative analysis to the teaching quality of teachers and provide scientific basis for teaching management for the sector of the management.
