摘要
针对现存人才培养方案的不足,从完善课程体系的整合、调整与优化实践体系,培养学生的科研素质和创新精神,加强校企联合等环节进行了人才培养方案的调整与优化探索.旨在调整和优化出符合经济与社会发展需求的人才培养方案,培养出具有创新精神的高级应用型人才.
Considering the shortcomings of the existing talent training scheme, explored the adjustment and optimization of the talent training scheme by perfecting the course system integration, adjust and optimize the practice system, cultivate the students＇ scientific research quality and innovation spirit, and enhancing university-enterprise joint. In line with the economic and social development needs, develop advanced applied talents with innovative spirit of the talent training scheme.
