摘要
针对疏浚泥浆中固体颗粒粒度小,粒级分布范围宽的特点,提出了一种新型的多锥段旋流器结构,并采用雷诺应力(RSM)湍流模型,应用Fluent软件对旋流器内部的三维流动进行了数值模拟,得到了压力场和速度场的分布规律。实验测试结果验证了数值模拟结果的正确性,为该类型旋流器进行进一步的优化设计提供了理论依据。
A new kind of polyconical cyclone was presented in separation of channel dredging slurry in this paper, aiming at its characteristics of particles fine disseminated and distribution in a wide range. Based on Reynolds Stress Model, the numerical simulation of the three-dimensional flow inside the cy- clone was provided by using the software of Fluent, the pressure field and velocity field distribution char- acteristics was obtained and verified by comparing the simulated results with the experiments, which pro- vided theoretical basis for further optimizing design of this type of polyconical cyclone.
