摘要
合成二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)/1-十六烯共聚物高分子表面活性剂(PDH),对产物进行傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)分析和热分析(DTA-TGA)。考察PDH的表面张力、渗透性能、泡沫性能以及对碳钢的缓蚀性能。结果表明:产物具有很好的热稳定性,临界胶束质量浓度为0.39 g/L,最低表面张力为50.5 mN/m,起泡性不强,稳泡能力较好,渗透性优异;产物在比较低的质量浓度(30 mg/L)下表现出对碳钢优异的缓蚀效果,缓蚀率达96.85%。电化学极化曲线测试的结果显示,PDH是一种以抑制阴极腐蚀为主、阳极腐蚀为辅的混合型缓蚀剂。
A water-soluble polymeric surfactant (PDH) was synthesized from diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and 1-hexadecene. The structure of the polymeric surfactant was characterized by Fourier trans- form infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) , differential thermal analysis and thermo gravimetric analysis (DTA- TGA). The surface tension, penetrating properties, foaming property, as well as the corrosion inhibition for mild steel of the polymer surfactant were determined. Results showed that the product had a good thermal stability with the critical micelle concentration of O. 39 g/L and the lowest surface tension of 50.5 raN/m, and foaming perperties of the surfactant was not good, but the foam stability was fair and its wetting per- meability was excellent. On the relatively low concentration (30 mg/L) ,the polymer surfactant PDH ex- hibited excellent corrosion inhibition effect, and the inhibition rate was 96. 85 %. The electrochemical po- larization curve test indicated that the surfactant belonged to hybrid corrosion inhibitor which mainly gave priority to cathodic reaction.
