摘要
高等教育内涵式发展是中国社会时代发展的要求,也是高等教育发展的必然结果。由传统的注重规模的外延式发展模式转向重视教学质量和人才培养方式的内涵式发展模式的同时,对教师的职业素养,从职业道德、科研能力、教育理念与专业提升等不同的角度提出新的要求。高校教师要在反思与经验中成长,全面提高自身的职业素养。
Connotation - oriented development of higher education is the requirement of the social development in China , and is an inevitable result of the development of higher education. While changing from the traditional denotative development to the connotative model for higher education , we should emphasize the teaching quality and the personnel training. The connotation - ori- ented development put forward some new requirements for teachers , such as professional ethics, educational philosophy and special- ty improvement. University teachers should improve their professional quality and teaching skills accordingly.
