Analysis of the Interdisciplinary and Creative English Personnel Cultivation

通过对英语专业本科人才培养方案的反思,分析了目前高校英语专业在学科定位、课程设置及顺应社会需求方面存在的问题,提出英语专业真正培养的应该是英语技能熟练全面、人文素养深厚、知识面宽广、具备批判性思维和创新能力的复合创新型人才。

With a brief view of the development of the education and reform of English major at tertiary level, this article analy- zes some existing problems about profession - oriented specialty education, eurriculiam arrangement and adaptation to society. In line with the some reasons, it puts forward the framework of English personnel cultivation is to cultivate a kind of person who is flex- ible in English skills, profound in humanistic quality, rich in knowledge, and qualified by critical and creative ability.
