数学教育专业毕业生就业问题的SWOT分析——以保山学院为例

SWOT Analysis of Math Graduates Employment-A Case Study in Baoshan University

以保山学院的数学教育专业为例,用SWOT法分析近五年该专业的毕业生就业情况,分析该专业自身条件的优势和劣势;认清外部环境中的机会和挑战;以期采用有针对性的措施,使该专业的优势得以充分发挥,弱势得以转化提升,使该专业学生能准确把握外部的机会,不断提升其就业竞争力。

This research takes the graduates of Math education in Baoshan University, and the employment is studied by SWOT method. It reveals the advantages and disadvantages, finds out the opportunities and challenges of the major. Therefore, proper measures can be taken to pro- mote the competitiveness of the graduates.
