三光气在L-乳酸-O-羧基内酸酐合成中的应用

摘要 三光气与L-乳酸锂盐反应,合成L-乳酸-O-羧基内酸酐。反应在四氢呋喃中进行,三光气与乳酸锂的摩尔比为1.2∶1,在65℃下反应45 min,并鼓吹大量惰性气体,可以有效地排除副产物HCl,产率为89%。 The use of triphosgene in the synthesis of the L-lactic acid-O-carboxyanhydride was reported. The reaction was carried out in tetrahydrofuran, and the ratio of triphosgene and lithium lactate was 1.2: 1, at the reaction temperature of 65 ℃ the reaction time was 45 min, and the byproduct HCl was removed by large amounts of inert gas. The yield was 89%.
