On the Efficiency Evaluation of the Wartime Rush-Repair Operation of Vehicle Equipment by the Air Defense Force of the Land Force

战时陆军防空兵车辆装备抢修作业是迅速恢复陆军防空兵机动能力的重要手段,其作业能力的大小直接影响陆军防空兵伴随防空作战效能,因此,应高度关注其车辆装备抢修工作,对其进行客观、定量的评估。对防空作战单元机动效能指数的确立提出修正意见,可为提高陆军防空兵伴随防空作战能力提供参考。

The wartime rush-repair operation of vehicle equipment by the air defense force of the land force is an important way to quickly regain its mobility. Whether the rush-repair capability is strong or weak has a direct impact on the operational effi- ciency in the accompanying air defense fighting capability of the air defense force of the land force. For this reason,great atten- tion has to be paid to the rush-repair of vehicle equipment,in which case the objective and quantitative evaluation of the rush-re- pair work is obviously necessary and owing to which a piece of amending advice on the establishment of the efficiency index for the maneuverability of a battle unit of the air defense force is put forward in the paper,which may serve as a useful reference for improving the accompanying air defense fighting capability of the air defense force of the land force.
