关于我国城市居家养老模式的探讨

Discussion of the Mode of Family Endowment in China

近年来,随着我国人口老龄化速度的加快和计划生育政策等方面的影响,我国以家庭为主的养老模式的功能呈现出弱化的趋势,无法满足城市老年人多样化、多层次的养老需求,居家养老正成为我国城市养老模式的最佳选择。从发展居家养老的意义、现状及发展远景阐述了研究我国居家养老理论与实践的重要性,并从政府认识、科学规划、转变职能等方面对未来的养老模式进行了展望。

At present, along with the population aging in China, the traditional mode of family endowment cannot meet with living demands of the aged. Service for urban aged living with their own family is becoming the best choice. This paper demonstrates the theory and practice feasibility of family endowment for the aged in our country from the aspects of its significance, current situation and development, so as to provide suggestions for the retirement patterns in the future.
