摘要
精益生产是丰田公司创造的一种生产管理模式。近年来,中国企业热衷于开展各种形式的精益生产活动,但如何理解及运用精益生产理论,解决生产管理过程中的瓶颈是中国军工企业需要面对的难题。通过分析军工企业运营管理的现状,提出了精益生产理念,并运用精益工具优化企业运营管理模式,进而在企业内部形成一套较完善的精益生产体系,提高企业经济效益,降低企业运营成本,使企业在日趋激烈的市场竞争中保持优势,提高综合竞争能力。
Lean production, as a kind of management model, is created by the Toyota company. In the recent years, Chinese enterprises are full of enthusiasm about developing various lean production movements. However, Chinese military enterprises encounter some difficulties about how to understand and how to apply lean production theory to management process. This article focuses on reconstructing enterprise management model by analyzing the current situation of military industrial enterprise operation, putting forward the concept of lean production and setting up the management model of lean production. Then lean production system will be set up in the enterprise, which will improve economic efficiency and will reduce enterprise operating costs. Finally, that enterprise will have higher comprehensive ability in the increasingly fierce market competition.
