摘要
为了降低钢铁行业生产成本,提高中国钢铁行业的竞争力,开展对重负荷砂轮的研究十分必要。通过扫描电镜观察以及能谱分析,确定了进口高级重负荷砂轮的固体组分;通过改变重负荷砂轮内缘的压制力的大小和树脂的含量,对比重负荷砂轮内缘性能的影响,探究了实现重负荷砂轮内缘最佳性能的配料和成型方案。实验表明:当压制压力在450 kN,树脂含量在18%时,重负荷砂轮的体积密度、气孔率和耐压强度都处于综合最佳组合。
In our country, it is necessary to research on heavy load wheel. Through the analysis and research of importing advanced heavy load wheel, the solid components of importing the senior heavy load wheel is deter- mined by using scanning electron microscope (SEM). By changing the pressing pressure and resin content, the influence of them on inner performance of heary load wheel is compared, and the best scheme is designed, The results show that: when the resin content is 18% and the pressure is 450 kN, the pressure strength, volume density and porosity of heavy load wheel are in the optimum combination.
