摘要
为了获得较为准确的风电增速齿轮接触疲劳强度分析结果,借助Pro/E软件建立了齿轮传动的三维模型,利用ANSYS与Pro/E的无缝连接技术实现了模型的导入,通过表面边界法定义了齿轮C型内表面的刚性多点约束,模拟出了力矩载荷的施加,得到了接触应力的分布云图,其结果与经典的赫兹公式对比,误差不超过10%。
In order to obtain a more accurate analysis result of contact fatigue strength for wind power tur- bines' gear, firstly, a 3D model of the gear pair is established with Pro/E soRware, secondly, the model import is realizde by using the seamless connection technology of ANSYS and Pro / E, finally, through the surface boundary method defines the gear C inner surface rigidity multi-point constraint, the moment of moment loads is simulated, the contact stress distribution is obtained, by comparing with the classical Hertz formula, the error is within 10%.
