摘要
检测零件内部缺陷的方法主要有:超声波检测、红外线检测、ITC检测。提出了一种利用零件的惯性参数来检测内部缺陷的新方法,通过检测刚体的惯性参数来判别刚体内部哪一区域存在缺陷,并判断缺陷类型和大小。通过对缺陷零件计算,验证了该方法在检测零件内部缺陷的可行性与准确性。
The method detection of internal defects in parts:Ultrasonic testing,Infrared detection,ITC detection.Put forward a way to use parts of inertial parameters to test new methods of internal defects,Through the test of a rigid body inertia parameters for rigid internal defects in which area,and judging defect types and sizes.Calculation based on defective parts,This method was verified the feasibility and the accuracy of the parts in the detection of inner defects.
