摘要 目前国内多工位模具的设计与制造处于起步应用阶段,国内模具企业要想快速与国际模具行业技术接轨,参与国际模具市场竞争,就必须努力探究并迅速掌握多工位自动化模具的开发技术,我公司近期接触了多工位技术领域,通过参照企业、行业标准,以及与国外联合开发过程中了解到的国外标准对多工位自动化技术进行研究分析,提出研发设想。最终目标是在压机一次完整冲压过程中实现最多六套模具的联合动作,自动取送料,无人工操作,提高冲压效率,大幅度降低成本,实现冲压自动化。此技术可以大大提高车身工艺装备产品的质量,缩短工期,降低成本。应用此技术可令我们公司在国际同行业达到先进水平,在国内同行业可处于领先地位。 At present, multi-station mold design and manufacture at the initial application stage, the domestic mold companies in order to quickly mold industry with international technical standards, to participate in international competition in the market die, we must strive to explore and quickly grasp the multi-station automated mold development technology, the company recently approached multi-station technology, by referring to the enterprise, industry standards, as well as with foreign joint development process learned foreign standards for multi-station automation technology research analysis, research and development vision. The ultimate goal is a complete press stamping process to achieve a maximum of six sets of molds joint action, automatic pick feeding, no artificial operations, improve efficiency stamping, significantly reduce costs and achieve press automation. This technique can greatly improve the body process equipment product quality, shorten the construction period and reduce costs. Application of this technology will enable us to reach the same industry in the international advanced level in the same industry may be in a leading position.
