摘要
通过对六西格玛设计(DFSS)方法的研究,应用KANO模型、质量功能展开QFD、普氏概念选择、稳健评估、稳健优化、正交列表等工具,确定了关键设计因子和预测公式,最终优化了设计参数,成功地解决了某车型底盘紧固件的滑牙问题。这样的设计思想可以推广到其他项目的同类设计当中。
Through the design of six sigma (DFSS) method, the application of KANO model, quality function deployment, QFD's the concept selection, robust estimation, robust optimization, orthogonal list and other tools, the key design factors and the prediction formula was determined, the final optimization of the design parameters, successfully solved the problem of a strip of vehicle chassis fasteners. This design concept can be extended to other similar design of the project.
