湖南工伤保险信访情况及思考

The Situation and Thinking on the Petition of Industrial Injury Insurance in Hunan Province

湖南工伤涉访人员,有职业病人、关闭破产国有企业老工伤人员、既往受伤人员及少数已办理工残退休人员4类。工伤涉访的原因包括:工伤保险待遇政策不完善、工伤保险政策落实亟待跟进及错误的个人利益最大化观念等。为应对工伤保险信访工作的新形势,应进一步深化对工伤涉访工作的认识,创新工作措施,建立长效机制,实现工作手段法制化,加强政策宣传及安全生产教育并完善工伤保险待遇相关制度。

The industrial injury insurance petition personnel in Hunan province have four categories：occupational patients, the old injuried in the closed or bankrupt state-owned enterprises, the former injured and the minority who have retired with disability. The reasons for the injuried to petition are that the reimbursment policy for the industrial injury insurance is imperfect, the implementation of the policies need to be promoted urgently, and they misunderstand the concept of maximizing the individual benefits and so on. In response to the new situation in the petition of industril injury insurance, we should understand further the industrial injury petition, innovate the working methods, establish a long-term mechanism, and achieve a legalization methods of work. Meanwhile the policy advocacy need be strengthened, the safety education need be promoted, andthe the related reimburement system for the industrial injury insurance need be improved.
