军队任职教育对专业教员能力素质的需求与提高对策

针对军队任职教育院校专业教员所需能力素质及其提升问题,在分析军队任职教育特点的基础上,结合空军第一航空学院任职教育实际,研究了军队任职教育对专业教员的要求,归纳出了军队任职教育对专业教员能力素质需求,提出了提高军队任职教育院校专业教员能力素质的对策,对提高任职教育专业教员的能力素质具有一定的借鉴作用。

In the army education colleges professional ability quality and promote needed by the faculty, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the army education, combining the reality of air force first aviation institute for education, studied the army education requirement for professional faculty, summarized the army education ability quality demand for professional teachers, put forward to improve the army education colleges and univer- sities of professional faculty ability quality countermeasures.
