课程体系是人才培养的重要载体,对我国五年制高护专业课程体系现状进行分析,是构建适合五年制高护专业课程体系的基础。文中分析了我国五年制高护专业课程体系的八大问题,提出必须重构五年制高护专业的课程体系,以"必需、够用、实用"为指导,才能培养出"专深型"和"宽专多能型"的高素质技能型护理人才。
