摘要
在高校绩效工资改革的背景下,以G大学改革前后的薪酬内容及薪酬结构为基础,以改革前后学校科研成果及教师离职率等数据为支撑,比较分析了绩效薪酬与岗位薪酬两种模式的优缺点,并从提高薪酬水平、优化薪酬结构、创新薪酬理念等方面提出了完善G大学教师绩效工资激励机制的几点建议。
The performance related pay reform (PRP) was successively initiated with an overall guidance that based on the national macro-economic control and regulation, this thesis, taking G University in Zhejiang prov- ince as an example, introduces several types of motivation models before and after the salary reform in G university, analyses the effect after the initiation of the salary reform and attempts to put forward five suggestions through case studies on the motivational function before and after the salary reform in G university.
