对中职院校资助发放监管机制的思考

资助政策的实施,对近年来中职教育发展起到了巨大的推动作用,但实施过程中也发现了诸多问题,违规发放甚至套取资助款的现象频现。文章针对其中部分环节进行了探讨与分析,为管理部门完善发放监管机制提供参考。

The implementation of financial aidpolicy has played a huge role in the development of secondary vocational education in recent years, but it also occurred many problems in the process of implementation, such as loose grants or even arbitrage illegally. This paper will discuss some of the links and make analysis which provide the reference for management department on improving the distributing regulation mechanism.
