高职院校学生创业应具备的创业要素

Research about Career-creation Elements of Vocational Students

社会的高速发展,导致传统的专业教育不能完全满足当前企业对人才的需求,高职院校要发展、壮大,唯有开展创业教育。创业教育的内涵体现在创业意识、创业知识、创业能力三个创业要素方面,要使学生具备这三个创业要素,需要对其进行创业教育,才能真正地在高职院校中实现创业教育人才培养的目标。

The rapid development of society, leading to traditional professional education can not fully meet the current needs of business professionals, vocational colleges to develop and grow, only to carry out career- creation education. Connotation of career-creation education has been reflected in the career-creation realization, business knowledge, career-creation ability three career-creation elements. Vocational student want to possess the three career-creation elements, must be nurtured and guided in career-creation education process.
