摘要
为了解决导游服务中出现的问题,提高导游服务质量,采用问卷调查的方法,以导游服务质量现状为切入点,从客观和主观两大方面分析了导游服务质量问题出现的原因,进而提出解决问题的途径。对我国导游行业健康、有序地发展,有一定的理论价值和现实的指导意义。
