高校教师参与体育锻炼现状的研究——以滁州学院为例

The Research on Health conditions and Sport Activity Participating of College Teachers

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和专家访谈法等,对滁州学院教师参与体育运动的状况及影响因素进行调查研究,调查表明:教师整体健康状况不容乐观;虽然教师参加体育锻炼的动机强烈、目的明确,但受各种主客观条件的限制致使体育人口比列明显偏低;教师参加项目相对集中,以个人锻炼和与家人一起为主;依据调研获知的影响因素,为改善教师体育活动状况提出建议。

Using the methods of literature review law .interviews of experts law and son on .This paper takes the situation of participating in sport activity of Chuzhou college teachers as research objects .T he results show s the health condition of Chuzhou college teachers is pessimistic through the motivation of participating in sport activity is strong and the purpose is clear .The proportion of sports population is low ;the sports objects the teachers participated in is very less , according to the influence factors shows .Put forward to some suggestions to improve the situations of participating in sport activity of Chuzhou college teachers.
