基于嵌入式处理器的同步发电机双机热备励磁调节器的设计

摘要 在介绍同步发电机励磁调节控制系统的基础上,提出了采用32 bit微处理器AT91RM9200和FPGA组成控制核心的双机热备励磁调节器。围绕励磁调节控制的实现展开,重点讨论了数字移相脉冲技术完成三相全控桥的导通,优于传统的移相脉冲触发,实现了功率柜的可控。软件采用嵌入式操作系统Vxworks,保证了励磁程序的高效率运行。通过装置在1 000 MW及以下各种容量机组实际投运,能够精确快速地调节同步发电机的机端电压和无功功率。验证了设计的可行性和系统的可靠性。 Based on the analysis of excitation system of synchronous generator control system,the main control of dual-microcomputer hot spare excitation regulator was proposed on 32-bit AT91RM9200 and FPGA( Field Programmable Gate Array). The realization method of microcomputer exeitation regulator were also discussed. Three phase fully- controlled by Digital phase shifted trigger was discussed. The software of RTOS( Real-Time Operating System) was used that promised software of excitation run efficiency. The device could precise and fast regulator volage and reactive-power of the synchronous generator while run under the capability of 1 000 MW synchronous generator. The syetem of reliability and feasibility was validated.
